This endeavor involved the comprehensive revitalization and repurposing of an existing retail building into a dynamic and modern craft distillery.

A significant component of the construction was the integration of a 1,200 sq ft addition into the original building 

The project included the installation of a new, high-capacity industrial chilling system. 

In addition to the chilling system, the building's HVAC system underwent a comprehensive upgrade to provide optimal climate control throughout the facility,

The construction included the addition of commercial restrooms featuring elegant finishes.

Throughout the renovation, a keen eye was given to aesthetic detail and material selection. Stonework, glazing, and other high-quality finishes were incorporated into the design to add visual interest, textural depth, and a sense of refined craftsmanship. 

The result is a space with modern functionality, creating a unique and inviting destination within Denison's vibrant downtown landscape.
