Raised in Dallas, Texas, Chad’s adventurous spirit led him to start his first company in his early 20s, which eventually grew into a successful construction and home building business. After a decade, he transitioned into real estate, becoming a top producer and building multiple teams.
His construction background and passion for negotiation enable him to provide exceptional guidance to clients, from first-time homebuyers to investors and developers. His number one rule is always “doing what is in the best interest of his clients.” Chad joined Apex Construction in early 2024, bringing his skills and enthusiasm to the team. Outside of work, Chad enjoys outdoor activities like surfing, rock climbing, and camping.
