With a passion for bringing visions to life, Gavin Mandt founded Apex Construction in 2014, leveraging his diverse skill set as an entrepreneur to deliver exceptional results. With a background spanning multiple industries, Gavin has honed his ability to understand clients’ needs and bring their projects to fruition.

Outside of the job site, Gavin’s passions and interests include exploring new destinations and connecting with like-minded individuals. Not only did they explain the entire process to us and ease our minds, but they went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and that my family was well taken care of. They worked well with my insurance company, taking a lot of that off my plate. Their team was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth and always made us feel comfortable, like we were old friends. The entire process was completed in less than a month, and they left my home far better than it was even before the accident. Thats where Apex Construction came in and became our lifesavers. Couldn't have asked for a better team to literally pickup the pieces and reconstruct our home. Not only did they do a fantastic job with communication, they were forward thinking and up to date with industry construction and design standards. We are now proud to not only live in an amazing dream home, but we are doing so feeling confident about the quality and comfortable with the money spent. Apex was fantastic when it came to our budget, and remained in complete transparency while being open and honest when setting the expectation. They kept me informed about every step and let me know what to expect next. Everything went seamlessly. Gavin and his entire crew are easy to communicate with and are very good at what they do. Some of the project was dovetailed in with an insurance claim. Gavin filed the supplemental claim with my insurance company, something I wouldn’t have known how to do.

Gavin took our dream of adding more space to our 1970s home and made it a reality. It’s hard to find a contractor willing to take on such a large and complex project and even harder to find someone to do quality work within a reasonable timeline, but he came through on both. Gavin’s primary team of guys were hardworking and trustworthy; special shout out to Mike our project manager! He and Gavin were patient with our selections and details that sometimes changed by the minute. They also did a great job at keeping all the subs accountable.
